Located in a townhouse on the Upper East Side, our showroom embodies the ONE OF ethos. We believe a personalized, hands-on environment is the best place to create. From exploring our collections to exploring our fabric library, we give clients the tools to build a wardrobe that lasts. Each appointment is unique, with several different ways to collaborate.

MADE TO ORDER is our core personalized service that allows you to order an existing ONE OF piece in standard sizing in your preferred color and fabrication. Styles are completed 8-10 weeks from receipt of the order. Tailoring (if client would like it) is invoiced separately.

MADE TO MEASURE offers a higher level of personalization than our MADE TO ORDER service. This process involves a piece being designed to your exact measurements as an evolution of an existing ONE OF style. You can choose the fabrication that fits your personality and style. Styles are completed 10-12 weeks from receipt of the order. One fitting and round of alterations is included.

ONE OF BESPOKE involves the creation of a design that is entirely your own. The process begins with an intimate consultation where your preferences and inspiration are discussed in detail with our Founder, Patricia. She will then present a personalized range of sketches, each crafted to reflect your aesthetic and personality.

From these sketches, you select your preferred design, and the process to create your garment begins. We also offer specialty fabric sourcing, where rare and luxurious materials are curated specifically for your piece. Once the design and fabric are chosen, our in-house atelier creates a custom pattern, ensuring the garment is crafted precisely to your measurements.

This process includes up to three fittings at our atelier, where every detail of the garment is fine-tuned. During these sessions, our tailors adjust the fit, drape, and structure to guarantee the perfect silhouette. This collaborative experience ensures that the finished piece embodies the highest level of craftsmanship and is a true reflection of your individuality. Styles are completed in 20+ weeks from receipt of the order. A prototype and 2 fittings + alterations are included.
