2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and images—is the intellectual property of ONE/OF by Patricia Voto and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and trade dress laws.

Any garment, design, or product created by ONE/OF—whether made-to-order, made-to-measure, demi-bespoke, or fully bespoke—remains the intellectual property of ONE/OF. This includes original sketches, construction techniques, patterns, embellishment ideas, and any unique design elements conceived or developed in the course of a custom commission.

Clients are purchasing the physical garment, not the rights to reproduce, manufacture, or adapt the design in any form. Reproduction or commercial use of any ONE/OF design without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Use of Client Likeness
We occasionally photograph or document the creative process—including fittings, final garments, and client experiences—for promotional, archival, and editorial purposes.

By commissioning a garment or participating in an in-person or virtual appointment, you grant ONE/OF the right to use your image, name (if shared publicly), likeness, and any photographs or footage taken during these interactions for marketing, social media, press, or publication purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If you prefer to keep your commission or participation private, please notify us in writing prior to your session or shoot. We are committed to honoring your privacy.

4. Orders and Payment
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

5. Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our garments, all orders are final and non-cancellable once confirmed. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements provided by the client.

6. Shipping
Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout. ONE/OF is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

7. Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your garment arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will assess the issue in good faith.

8. Limitation of Liability
ONE/OF shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from use of our website or products.

9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County.

10. Modifications to Terms
ONE/OF reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
