With Made-to-Measure projects (buying off of the website or through the studio directly) from a current silhouette we request 100% payment to go into production. With all custom projects, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit after our initial consultation. After our initial fitting we require a 25% deposit followed by 25% for your finished order at time of collection.

To ensure a perfect fit, we will need to take your measurements or request you provide the measurements. If we’re unable to arrange measurements, we’ll work from your standard dress size and develop something based on this.

Due to the bespoke nature and limited materials used for our production, we are currently unable to accept returns. If there is an issue with the fit or anything regarding the garment that leaves you dissatisfied, please reach out and we’ll take the necessary steps to make it right.
