What is Made-to-Measure?

Made-to-Measure means that our garments are made for your body. Our team collaborates with our clients to create the perfect look. Whether it is taking your measurements because you love a piece from one of our limited-run collections or you want to design a fully bespoke look for a special occasion, we will work alongside you to create something that will live in your closet forever.

How does sizing work?

Given that our clothing is made-to-measure, we do not have a “size guide”. We work with you to get your measurements and make your garment to those measurements, so it fits you like a glove.

How do I visit your showroom?

Please go to our "The Showroom" page and fill out our questionnaire. Our team will reach out to provide you with details of our services and help set up a time to come to the studio. We can also work with people virtually if you are not located in New York City.

Why are there such limited quantities of your pieces?

Greenwashing is now the norm within the fashion industry. Words like “sustainability” are thrown around without proper consideration and are often used as marketing techniques. At ONE/OF, we’re not just another sustainable brand – we are approaching our business in a 360-degree way. Our commitments are deep and sincere. 100% of our fabrics and raw materials are existing or “deadstock”. We do not produce any new materials for our collections. Our fabrics range in the amount of yardage available - we use the availability to note the edition of the garments produced. A piece might be 1 of 5, 1 of 10 or 1 of 1 depending on the amount of fabric procured.

What if something is out of stock but I still want it?

If a piece is out of stock, that does not mean we are unable to make the silhouette for you -- it means the fabric is no longer available. Since we use rare deadstock fabric, quantities are limited and availability changes daily! If you love a silhouette on the website, but it says that it is no longer available– contact us to see what fabric options are available!

What if I do not live in NYC and cannot visit your showroom?

We are happy to jump on the phone with you virtually to discuss what you are looking for or work with your through email. We have plenty of clients who do not live in NYC, let alone the United States. Send us a note on our contact page and we can figure out the best way to work with you!

How long does it take to produce something?

It depends. Generally, our made-to-measure options (a piece from one of our limited-run collections) generally take 6-10 weeks. For our fully bespoke pieces, we request our clients reach out to us 12-20 weeks before the event. However, if you are in more of a rush– shoot us a note, and let’s see if we can fit it in.

What is your return policy?

Due to the bespoke nature and limited materials used for our production, we are currently unable to accept returns. If there is an issue with the fit or anything regarding the garment that leaves you dissatisfied, please reach out and we’ll take the necessary steps to make it right.

I saw a piece on social media I love, but it is not on the website. Where can I find it?

So many of our clients find us on social media so it is important we help you find what you need! Given that we create bespoke pieces, those would not be found on our site for sale. If you are interested in something you cannot find on our site, reach out to on our contact page!
